• Tightening the muscles increases the awareness that you are feeling the stored tension.
Relaxing your muscles, in turn, lets you feel the difference between being tense and being relaxed.
• Start with the forehead muscles.
• Rub it, causing tension. Hold this tension for about five seconds, then release the tension. Imagine a wave taking relaxation through the muscles.
